In this role you drive the global Real World Evidence (RWE) strategy for the Endo-Met portfolio, aligning evidence plans with research and commercial goals. This is a chance to influence asset strategy and contribute to transformative healthcare in rare diseases. pension private medical insurance relocation support remote work options Lead the global RWE strategy for the Endo-Met GRD portfolio and ensure integration into regulatory, payer, and clinical decision-making Increase integration of real-world data sources to strengthen evidence-based decision making across development, regulatory, and commercialization phases Develop and maintain the integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP) in collaboration with cross-functional partners Build and scale RWE capabilities, processes, and infrastructure to support global and local evidence generation Identify, evaluate, and execute external RWD partnerships and data acquisition strategies, including due diligence and governance Provide senior scientific leadership in observational research, epidemiology, and RWE methodologies Champion adoption of AI/ML and advanced analytics in RWE generation Oversee governance of studies, registries,
