In Milan, Marsh PEMA seeks a Transactional Risk Broker to structure and place Transactional Risk Insurance for private equity M&A deals, guiding underwriting and negotiations. You will interact with PE firms, corporations and law firms to source and manage deals, while growing the M&A insurance business with cross-border collaboration. This role blends legal acumen with risk finance to support clients through complex transactions.
