The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs /liliAnalyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization /liliManage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation /liliTrack bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures /liliSupport operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations /liliMonitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs) /liliCoordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes /liliEnsure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls /liliSupport audit activities and reporting improvements /liliAct as financial partner to plant management,
