Ready to play your part?

You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part of the Internal Audit Department. In this role - inspired by principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and competency - you'll support the Internal Audit Team in assuring the effectiveness and adequacy of the group internal control and risk management systems.

- Support the development and monitoring of the ESG audit plan of Product Supply Chain;
- Review the ESG audit, from planning through execution and completion within the established timelines;
- Prepare ESG audit reporting, including findings, root causes, impacts, risk levels, recommendations/ action plans;




- Support the development of PPT Presentation of the ESG audit results to the Operations Department involved;
- Review periodic follow-up on open audit issues and improvement areas, verifying evidence of remediation activities and corrective actions.

What you'll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in Internal Audit methodology on internal control system and risk management as well as International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA);
- Knowledge of principles of organizational, management and control models (e.g. Italian D. Lgs 231/01 and Italian L. 262/05);
- Knowledge of Environmental Regulations – Management Systems for Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and the Environment.
