/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
/liliProvide engineering support to manufacturing operations, equipment, and production processes.
/liliEvaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
/liliSupport equipment installation, qualification, process validation, and implementation activities.
/liliDevelop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
/liliParticipate in investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
/liliApply statistical techniques and data analysis to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing projects and meet established objectives and timelines.
/liliIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the manufacturing environment.




/liliEnsure processes and documentation comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ullibBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
/b /lilib3+ years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
/b /liliExperience in manufacturing, process engineering, validation, equipment qualification, or related areas.
/liliKnowledge of bProcess Validation, Equipment IQ/OQ/PQ, and/or Computer System Validation (CSV) /b preferred.
/liliExperience with investigation and broot cause analysis /b.
/liliKnowledge of statistical methods and process improvement techniques.
/liliStrong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
/liliAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
/liliStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
/lilibBilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
