/ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and diligent Failure Analysis Technician to support Physical Failure Analysis activities in a laboratory environment.
The role focuses on hands-on execution of sample preparation, diagnostic tool operation, electrical characterization support, data documentation, and structured tracking of analysis activities.
The position also contributes to tracking laboratory performance metrics, data quality, equipment care, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute Physical Failure Analysis tasks to support root cause investigation of memories failures.
/liliPerform sample preparation activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and safe handling of samples.
/liliConduct electrical characterization activities, such as curve trace, and support correlation with physical analysis results.
/liliCollect, document, and track analysis data, ensuring completeness and traceability.
/liliSupport laboratory performance metrics monitoring.




/liliCollaborate with engineers and multi-functional team members to ensure timely analysis execution and clear communication of results.
/liliMaintain laboratory safety standards, equipment care, and adherence to procedures.
/liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve analysis quality, workflow efficiency, documentation, and lab performance.
/li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3ulliTechnical diploma in Electronics, Mechanics, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
/liliBasic knowledge of electronics, laboratory practices, measurement method s and semiconductor devices.
/liliStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate documentation and data traceability.
/liliTeam -oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning , collaboration , innovation .
/liliBasic English communication skills; intermediate English is preferred for interactions with global teams.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliHands-on familiarity with failure analysis tools such as SEM, CSAM, X-Ray, thermal emission, or equivalent laboratory equipment.
/liliExperience with sample preparation techniques such as backlapping , cross-sectioning, soldering, or rework .
/liliBasic experience with electrical characterization methods, including curve trace or similar techniques.




/liliFamiliarity with laboratory tracking systems, Excel, or structured data collection tools , Phyton scripting and AI tools .
/liliKnowledge of semiconductor technologies, failure analysis workflows, or quality/ reliability laboratory environments.
