In this role, you will work at the interface of accounting, financial reporting, and tax, contributing with high quality and reliability to a smooth closing and reporting process.YOUR TASKSResponsibility for the ongoing accounting of assigned entities – including accurate and timely recording of all business transactions, account reconciliations, and ensuring readiness for financial closingPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with national accounting standards – with a strong focus on quality, meeting deadlines, and robust closing documentationAccounting and valuation topics– particularly in the areas of fixed assets, provisions, and accruals, including validation, documentation, and coordination with relevant stakeholdersExecution of intercompany reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies, as well as support in the allocation and posting of intercompany servicesParticipation in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, including consolidation entries, particularly intercompany eliminations and equity valuationsSupport with tax-related matters, the implementation and documentation of transfer pricing guidelines, and the preparation for audits and tax inspectionsMaintenance and further development of consolidation and reporting tools in close collaboration with IT, Controlling, and external partnersActive contribution to process improvements,



standardization, and digitalization within the Finance functionYOUR PROFILEDegree in Business Administration (with a focus on accounting, finance, or taxation) or commercial training with a relevant additional qualificationMinimum of 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, or taxVery good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP andideally with consolidation/reporting tools such as Tagetik is an advantageStrong analytical mindset, high level of accuracy, quality awareness, and a structured, independent way of workingTeam-oriented, reliable, and motivated to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholdersFluent in German (written and spoken), with good knowledge of Italian and EnglishAdvantageous: experience in improving efficiency and digitalizing processes, as well as working with foreign subsidiaries and internal group interfacesOUR OFFERA motivated, collaborative team and a professional working environment1–2 days of home office per weekAn individual, structured onboarding planDiverse development and training opportunities through the Loacker AcademyCompany canteenIn accordance with EU Directive ******** on pay transparency,
