/h3 ul liEnsure Sightseeing times and tickets are added to the documentation delivered to the TDs.
/li liAnswer and assist all Travel Director (TD) queries either in person or over telephone/teams /li liCommunicate relevant information to TDs in advance of all trip departures, via Teams channels.
/li liWork with other departments to ensure the smooth running of upcoming trips.
/li liTD's complaint is listened to, and suitable solution is sought.
/li liWhere necessary escalat to Team Manager, ensuring no issues is left unresolved.
