Reporting directly to the bGlobal VP Finance /b, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the Group's monthly reporting activities, with a particular focus on bGroup PL (management account view) /b, ensuring data accuracy and independently performing first-level variance analysis.
/ppThe role will also be responsible for monitoring the bfinancial and economic performance of the Group's Technology division /b, working closely with IT leaders and Finance Accounting teams, both at Headquarters and across local entities.
/ppOver time, the candidate will be progressively involved in bGlobal Controlling and Planning activities /b, supporting the Global VP Finance throughout the bforecasting and budgeting cycles /b.
/ppbr/ppbMain tasks and responsibilities: /b /pullibReporting KPIs: /b Update management dashboards and monthly Group reporting.
Within the IT division, monitor existing financial KPIs and develop new ones, ensuring transparency and clear visibility for management.
/lilibVariance Analysis: /b Monitor actual costs and revenues against Budget and Forecast, identifying, analysing and explaining significant variances, with particular attention to areas showing anomalies or unexpected trends.
/lilibMonth-End Closing Support: /b Work closely with the Accounting team during the month-end closing process to ensure the correct accounting treatment of IT costs, accruals, prepayments and capitalization.
/lilibBudgeting Forecasting:
/b Support the preparation of the annual budget (bOPEX and CAPEX) /band subsequent periodic forecasting cycles for the Group's Technology products.
/lilibIT Cost Allocation: /b Support the VP IT in managing the IT cost allocation and intercompany recharge model across the Group's different legal entities, ensuring fairness, consistency and transparency.
/li /ulpbr/ppbHard Skills and experiences: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in bEconomics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering /b, or a related field.
/lilib1–2 years of previous experience /b in Controlling, Management Control, Reporting or Financial Analysis, preferably gained within a structured multinational environment.
/liliPrevious experience in bIT Controlling /b will be considered a plus.
/lilibFluent English /b is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international offices and participation in international calls.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of bMS Office /b, with a strong focus on bExcel /b (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables and management of large data sets).
/liliFamiliarity with major bERP systems /b (SAP, Oracle or similar).
/liliKnowledge of bBusiness Intelligence tools /b (Power BI, Tableau) and/or bCPM software /b (Tagetik, Hyperion, Anaplan) is considered a plus.
/liliExperience with bcollaborative spreadsheets and Google Workspace /b.
