Main responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, creating and maintaining adequate inventory levels and liaising with inventory teams and manufacturing to minimize stock out and supply chain risks.
The Buyer I will work closely with other departments to support the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand and production schedule.Duties1.Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries2.Source for new potential suppliers and negotiate rates3.Monitor inventories and ensure they are kept at appropriate levels4.Maintain and update supplier vendor list5.Work towards department KPI's6.Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D;,
