/p /lilipThis is a part-time role - 20 hours per week – 12 month fixed term contract.The salary will be pro-rated based on the weekly working hour /p /li /ul h3What You'll Do /h3 pReporting to the Sr Team Member Services Manager you will: /p ullipDeliver and support assigned Italian employee lifecycle and workforce administration processes, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant delivery.
/p /lilipHandle complex cases and high-touch HR activities requiring local expertise, and support resolution of escalated queries that cannot be resolved through self-service or Tier 1 channels.
/p /lilipMaintain and update local Standard Operating Procedures, People documentation and templates, including employment contracts, letters and FAQs, while supporting knowledge sharing with Shared Services teams.
/p /lilipAssist in implementing local versions of global, QI and market programmes and policies, partnering with the local People Team on initiatives such as benefit launches, compliance updates, audits and reorganisations.




/p /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ullipPrevious experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services or a related field.
/p /lilipFluent Italian (minimum C1) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).
/p /lilipStrong attention to detail, customer focus, problem-solving ability and stakeholder management skills.
/p /lilipExperience using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
/p /lilipExperience with HR systems such as Workday and case management systems such as ServiceNow would be an advantage.
