Orbem is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority on the road and at customer sites.
You will own end-to-end resolution of complex incidents, mentor junior engineers, and help build maintenance playbooks while guiding installation efforts as senior capacity.
Travel up to 70% (EU) is required; a European driver's license is required.
English and Italian fluency are essential for direct support to our Italian customers and sites.
