Overview
In this field-based role you drive revenue by retaining and growing existing clients while actively pursuing new prospects. You'll map accounts, articulate Experian's value, and lead cross-selling and upselling strategies within a data-driven business context. You'll manage forecasts, KPIs, and regulatory/compliance requirements, contributing to a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes. This position offers impact across finance and commerce domains within a globally recognized data company.
Responsabilità
Identify and qualify new opportunities with prospects
Develop and maintain account plans to support revenue goals
Build a contact strategy and nurture key relationships within accounts
Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients based on their needs
Forecast monthly results and manage client debt
Ensure KPIs for client contact, retention, and growth are met
Articulate Experian's proposition in client contexts and stay informed about market/competitors
Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalate risks as needed




Contribute to a culture focused on customer outcomes and excellent service
Participate in performance management and required training
Requisiti fondamentali
10 years of consultative sales experience in software/data industry
Knowledge and network in financial services (banks, financial houses, payment institutions)
Ability to build and sustain business relationships
Fluency in data, analytics and business process management
Proven ability to articulate complex propositions in terms of business value
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
