/p h3bPurpose of Job: /b /h3 pAs a Product Manager, you will help shape and manage our product portfolio, from positioning and pricing through launch and lifecycle management.
You'll work cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, Regulatory, Innovation, and global Product Management teams to turn market and business insights into actions that drive product performance and growth.
/p h3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize product positioning, portfolio strategy, and communication for the assigned geography and target applications.
/li liManage products and SKUs throughout their lifecycle, including product information, sampling, portfolio reviews, and launch activities.
/li liDefine pricing guidelines by product line and provide recommendations on costs, margins, target prices, and exceptions.




/li liPartner with Commercial and Portfolio Management teams on sales budgets, margin forecasts, and performance monitoring, identifying corrective actions where needed.
/li liTranslate market, customer, and commercial insights into recommendations for portfolio positioning and product strategy.
/li liEnsure product information and value propositions are effectively reflected in marketing and external communications.
/li liCollaborate with Product Management colleagues across HAS geographies to share best practices and market insights.
/li liPartner with Global Innovation and Regulatory teams to support new product development and ensure product compliance and registration.
/li /ul h3bRequirements Qualifications: /b /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
/li li4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or a related role within the agriculture industry; bexperience in biostimulants, fertilizers, or plant nutrition is preferred /b.
/li liStrong business acumen with an understanding of marketing, pricing, and financial principles.
/li liStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
/li liFluent in bEnglish and Italian /b, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
/li liProficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI or similar platforms.
/li liProactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong team mindset and willingness tob travel 30%+ /b.
/li liPermanent Contract.
/li liAttractive compensation based on your qualifications and experience, with an annual gross salary of €40,000 to €46,000 and potential premio opportunities depending on the function.
