/p pTo strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a: /p h3Resident Senior Controller - India /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India.
The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standards /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs /li liAnalyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization /li liManage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation /li liTrack bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures /li liSupport operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations /li liMonitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes, inventory turnover and quality costs)



/li liCoordinate plant budgeting and forecasting processes /li liEnsure compliance with financial procedures and internal controls /li liSupport audit activities and reporting improvements /li liAct as financial partner to plant management, providing insights for operational decision-making and facilitating communication with HQ /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 ul li8/10+ years of experience in Controlling, including significant exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments /li liStrong background in plant controlling within multinational companies /li liExperience supporting manufacturing operations and working in international environments /li liExperience with Indian manufacturing operations is highly preferred /li liStrong analytical and financial modelling capabilities /li liDeep understanding of manufacturing cost structures /li liExperience working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales /li liERP experience (SAP preferred) and familiarity with BI tools /li liLanguages:Fluent English /li liEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering /li /ul h3Location /h3 pIndia (resident position at the manufacturing plant) /p h3Compensation benefits /h3 pThe company offers an annual gross salary in the range of €70,000 - €100,000, commensurate with experience and role scope, plus company-provided accommodation.
