What you'll do
Build a working financial model of an assignedconsumer / leisuretransaction from a synthetic deal document pack
Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
Requirements
2-4 years total experience:



~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A; - ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1-2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity
Currently or recently anAssociate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus(fitness xysqume clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred
Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template
English-speaking
