/p pWe are looking for a bhands-on and versatile professional /b with broad technical knowledge across different shipbuilding disciplines, ideally including bpiping, HVAC and interior/outfitting works /b.
/p pThe successful candidate should be able to manage complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle — from procurement and planning through execution, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.
/p pThe role includes bfrequent business travel in Italy and abroad /b, including work on board vessels and at shipyards during bdry-dock projects /b.
/p pWe are looking for someone who is not limited to following established processes, but is bactive, takes initiative, brings new ideas and finds practical solutions /b to technical and organizational challenges.
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liManage shipbuilding and marine projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, from procurement and planning to commissioning and final handover.
/li liDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones and resource plans.
/li liCoordinate procurement activities, suppliers, subcontractors, manpower and material deliveries.
/li liSupervise and coordinate on-site works, including activities on board vessels and during dry-dock projects.
/li liCoordinate different technical disciplines, including bpiping, HVAC, interior/outfitting and other shipbuilding works /b.
/li liEnsure effective communication between clients, shipyards, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
/li liMonitor project progress, costs, quality and contractual requirements.
/li liIdentify potential risks,



delays and technical issues and implement practical corrective actions.
/li liCoordinate testing, inspections, commissioning activities and final project handover.
/li liManage project documentation, reporting, change orders and progress updates.
/li liEnsure compliance with applicable HSE, quality and shipyard requirements.
/li liLead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
/li liProactively identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency and organization.
/li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liProven experience as a bProject Manager within the shipbuilding, marine or naval industry /b.
/li liStrong understanding of the complete shipbuilding project lifecycle, particularly procurement, construction/installation, testing and commissioning.
/li libBroad technical understanding of several marine disciplines /b, preferably including piping, HVAC and interior/outfitting.
/li liExperience working directly with shipyards, suppliers and subcontractors.
/li liExperience working on board vessels and during bdry-dock projects /b is highly preferred.
/li liStrong project planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
/li liAbility to understand technical drawings, specifications and different project scopes.
/li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors and priorities in a demanding project environment.
/li liStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project costs,



schedules and contractual requirements.
/li libHands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
/b /li liAbility to take initiative, propose new ideas and find practical solutions.
/li liStrong communication and leadership skills.
/li libFluent Italian and English are mandatory /b, both written and spoken.
/li libAvailability to work on-site in Genoa.
