/ppThe role Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is local lead role responsible to balance the triangle Cash / Cost / Service by giving correct input in demand and ensuring successful execution in market.
This role is responsible for local E2E demand and supply planning process, leading local collaboration with service provider on short term supply and enhancing the Sales and Operations Planning (SOP / IBP) for Italy Ice Cream Frozen Food business.
Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is leading the demand forecasting process and ensures alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance teams.
This role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, ensuring right service levels, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing business waste and supporting strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently.

/ph3What you'll be responsible for /h3ulliForecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using machine learning models / AI driven forecasting tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs.




/liliSOP Leadership: Lead the demand planning component of the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply, and finance functions.
/liliCollaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights on promotions, product launches, and market trends.
/liliLead the link to service provider teams for short term service as well as demand planning.
/liliPerformance Monitoring: Track forecast accuracy and bias; implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast reliability.
/liliService and Inventory Optimization: Support inventory planning by balancing service levels, working capital, and supply constraints while minimizing business waste.
/liliData Systems: Lead implementation adoption of new TMICC tech and tools (Kinaxis) and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) /liliMinimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning and SOP.
/liliStrong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP, machine learning tools, and demand planning software.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
/liliLanguages: Italian and English mandatory.
/liliThink end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
