In this role, you will support the preparation and submission of public tenders, commercial offers, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
/ppYou will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to help drive business opportunities and contribute to operational excellence.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPrepare and manage tender documentation, commercial offers, requests, and other customer-related submissions.
/liliAnalyze tender specifications and requirements to support competitive and compliant submissions.
/liliCollaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to evaluate products, pricing, and commercial conditions.
/liliLiaise with customers when clarification is required regarding tender or offer details.
/liliEnsure the accuracy and completeness of tender documentation before submission.
/liliCommunicate awarded tenders, pricing updates, and relevant contractual information to Customer Service and other stakeholders.
/liliMonitor and maintain pricing related to tenders, contracts, and private offers.




/liliSupport internal teams with questions related to tender processes and contractual agreements.
/liliMaintain organized records and archives in line with company policies and procedures.
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve documentation and tender management processes.

/liliAt least 2 years of experience in tender management, commercial administration, customer support, or similar functions.
/liliGood command of English, both written and spoken.
/liliStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
