At BW Water, now part of De Nora Water Technologies, within the De Nora Group, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager, based in Milan, to manage the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of water treatment plant and pipeline construction projects.
You will take ownership of assigned projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and ensure delivery in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety.
Supported by experienced project managers, you will independently drive project execution and develop your project leadership skills.Se i requisiti e l'esperienza richiesti per questo lavoro corrispondono alle sue competenze, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente.ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate customers, engineering, procurement, construction teams, and subcontractorsManage interfaces between internal departments and external partnersAct as key contact for customers and stakeholders throughout project executionEnsure clear communication and alignment of project objectivesCost, Contract & Risk ManagementTake co-responsibility for project financial performance and budget complianceManage project budgets, monitor costs, and drive corrective actions when neededIdentify project risks and opportunities and support effective mitigation measuresSupport contract and claim management activitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage project schedules, resources, and daily project activitiesCoordinate engineering, construction, and commissioning activitiesEnsure efficient allocation of personnel, materials, and equipmentMonitor project progress and ensure timely deliveryQuality,
