Field Visites Evaluations: /b /pulliEvaluate manufacturer and supplier workshops according to an industrial framework focusing on aspects such as capacity, capability, traceability and management systems.
/liliDevelop and propose relevant action plans adapted to the operational realities of each workshop.
/liliLead and monitor the deployment of corrective action plans (CAP).
/liliEvaluate the alignment between operational resources (Personnel, Machines, Know-how) and the workload related to our order book.
/liliMonitor production in progress and product traceability at all stages of the chain.
/liliVerify the alignment between physical flow and IT flow.
/liliSupport partner suppliers and factories in a continuous improvement approach:ulliIn-depth analysis of the root causes of non-conformities.
/liliOn-site support to elevate the overall performance level.
/liliIdentification and sharing of best practices.
/liliContribute to the evolution of internal standards.
/li /ul /liliRaise awareness and train partners/suppliers on the Maison's requirements.

Performance Reporting /b /pulliEnsure weekly monitoring of the visit schedule and report the results of your visits to your management.
/liliMonitor the closure rate of corrective action plans (CAP).
/liliAnalyze recurring non-conformities and technical/organizational roadblocks, and formulate proposals for structural improvements.
/li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli+3 years of auditing experience in a demanding industrial environment.
/liliProficiency in international social audit standards: SA ****, BSCI, IEC, ISO *****.




/liliSolid industrial culture and mastery of continuous improvement processes (e.g., ISO ****).
/liliGood command of Office software, particularly Excel.
/liliAnalytical skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand complex and/or highly artisanal manufacturing processes.
/liliFluent Italian and English.
/liliFrequent travel expected (approximately 80% of working time).
