/p h3Job Description /h3 h3What you will do /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Treasury Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or treasury consulting.
The ideal candidate will combine strong treasury expertise with proven project management capabilities, leading end-to-end treasury initiatives across multiple business functions and geographies.




/p pThis role will be responsible for driving treasury transformation projects, optimizing treasury processes, implementing banking and treasury management solutions, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing liquidity, risk management, and operational efficiency.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead treasury projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review.
/li liDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
/li liCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external banking partners.
/li liManage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior management.
/li liEnsure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
/li liDevelop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans.
/li liSupport and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships.
/li liMonitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
/li liIdentify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities.
/li liAssist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in-house banking, and payment factory structures.
/li liSupport bank account management and treasury policy compliance.
/li liLead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects.
/li liCoordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host-to-host and payment platforms.
/li liSupport ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes.
/li liDrive automation and process standardization initiatives across treasury operations.
/li liCollaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities.




/li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
/li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Treasury Operations in holding structures or similar.
/li liProven experience managing end-to-end treasury projects and transformation initiatives.
/li liStrong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management.
/li liExperience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Piteco is a strong plus, Kyriba, Quantum, SAP Treasury).
/li liKnowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
/li liStrong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
/li liProfessional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are considered an advantage /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
