You will be responsible for optimizing project timelines at every stage, coordinating subcontractors on site, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to project scheduling.
/p h3More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liDevelop detailed project execution plans and schedules; /li liManage the planning of complex, interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost optimization; /li liMonitor project progress and implement schedule adjustments to ensure delivery on time and within budget; /li liChallenge construction methodologies and technical solutions to improve overall project performance; /li liWork closely with the Design and Construction teams to optimize project delivery schedules and cost efficiency; /li liAnticipate potential issues and adjust schedules to ensure the initial project timeline is maintained; /li liPrepare schedule reports and monitor project progress for the client, internal stakeholders, and project partners.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWith an engineering background in the construction industry, you have proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6, you possess a strong technical mindset and thrive in multicultural environments.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are bopen to frequent travel across Italy /b.
