ppThe event manager will report directly to the General Manager Marketing EMEA and will be /p /brpresponsible to drive the organization and planning of EMEA-wise events, congresses and /p /brpfairs in accordance with budget, from the pre-to-post event activities.
This role will be key to /p /brpimplement and roll out the Global company strategy engaging with health care professionals and helping achieving business objectives.
This person will have exposure to commercial organizations /p /brpall over EMEA and partners, collaborating frequently with functional leadership, marketing and sales senior managers.
The event manager will become the provider of regional guidance for consistent representation in events within EMEA and in the local commercial organization in execution of Global Strategy and guidance, driving consistency in the way PENTAX Medical will be presented overall in EMEA and ensuring proper KPIs are established and monitored.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliOrganization, planning and execution of international events taking place in the EMEA region, congresses and trade fairs on-site and on-line (e.g. webinars) /li /brliDevelopment of EMEA-wide event concepts and activities in accordance with targets and /li /br /ul /brpGlobal campaigns in close cooperation with the EMEA Marcom department, Product /p /brpMarketing Team and Global MarCom GPM.
/p /brul /brliCoordination and execution of pre- and post-event activities for events organized in the EMEA region, including internal and external communication /li /brliEnsure successful delivery of all event-related activities from planning through post-event evaluation.
/li /brliManage effective relationships with external vendors, agencies, venues, and event service providers.
/li /brliAnalyze and evaluate events effectiveness and reach, based on pre-defined KPIs and /li /br /ul /brpbudgets, drive proper leads collection and monitoring /p /brpCoordination of the EMEA Marketing budget, forecasting,
close monitoring and quarterly /p /brpReporting /p /brul /brliMarketing compliance coordination (Event related) /li /brliServe as the regional branding ambassador for events in EMEA driving consistent application of the global brand identity across all communication aspects during events.
Oversee brand management efforts in alignment with global guidelines, and monitor execution at local level during fairs, congresses and webinars organized by the local organization to maintain brand integrity and support effective implementation /li /brliClosely work with the downstream EMEA commercial organization and EMEA local event managers to provide guidance for event management, booth design, leads collection and follow-up, and for local booths layout /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brpEducation: /p /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
/li /brliEquivalent professional experience may be considered.
/li /br /ul /brh3Skills /h3 /brul /brliProven ability to organize and execute international events involving cross-functional stakeholders.
/li /brliHighly skilled in project management and experienced in managing international events and complex projects /li /brliDemonstrate communication skills across all levels of the organization in dealing with /li /brlia wide range of stakeholders /li /brliCustomer-first thinker, ensuring we deliver value to internal and external partner /li /brliExcellent and proven project management and agency leadership are mandatory, strong analytical skills,

/li /brliWillingness to travel throughout the EMEA region for multi-day business trips and event support activities.
