/p h3Job Description /h3 ul liConduct audits of engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and quality management processes within large EPC projects.
/li liAssess design reviews, engineering change management, interface coordination, documentation control, and compliance with standards.
/li liEvaluate construction governance, contractor performance, quality controls, mechanical completion, and commissioning readiness.
/li liIdentify and assess technical risks, including design issues, scope gaps, rework, delays, and quality failures,



ensuring effective mitigation measures.
/li liDrive continuous improvement by enhancing engineering efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, execution controls, and risk management practices.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering degree with 7–15 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, or site execution within large industrial projects.
/li liStrong knowledge of plant design, construction, commissioning processes, technical documentation, and quality management (ISO ****).
/li liAbility to identify technical risks, translate them into business impacts, and apply audit or risk management principles.
/li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
