In this role, you will define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations work processes.
You will identify and prioritize opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making, strengthen operational performance, and create sustainable business value.
You will guide responsible adoption in partnership with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, governance, and the needs of Dow sites and businesses.
You will also provide mentoring and coaching to people leaders and professional individual contributors and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment grounded in integrity, customer focus, continuous improvement, and empowerment.
/p pThis position can be located at any Dow location in North America, Latin America, or Europe.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement Operations strategy for advancing digital capabilities and responsible use within work processes.
/li liOwn accountability for oversight and implementation of the strategy within Digital Operations.
/li liPartner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to understand operational needs and identify high-value opportunities.
/li liTranslate business priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes, strengthen reliability, and deliver measurable value.
/li liCollaborate with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to develop scalable solutions and integrate them effectively into existing work processes.
/li liEstablish clear measures of success and monitor adoption, operational performance, and value realization.
/li liBuild organizational understanding of advanced digital capabilities and support teams.
/li liDevelop and implement technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
/li liDrive continuous improvement of technology-based performance and strategic guidance to senior leadership on emerging digital capabilities, operational opportunities, and associated risks.
/li liOversee digital technology improvement efforts, working with site/production leadership.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liA minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
/li liA minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
