Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre
squad. You will act as a vital support link for file management, client onboarding, and regulatory verification tasks. Handle and route client submissions pertaining to compliance mandates; Scrutinize, approve, and format technical and administrative dossiers for
FGAS
rules and
Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ; Upload and revise datasets on official compliance portals and internal databases.
Sync efforts with engineering teams to honor statutory timelines and legal duties; Accompany colleagues on site visits and perform field inspections when necessary. Technical diploma, ideally in
Thermal/Plumbing
,
Energy
,
Mechanics
, or an equivalent track; Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word familiarity expected); Comfortable rotating between administrative office duties and on-location client engagements. Hands-on learning experience with direct supervision from compliance professionals; Prospective career ladder within regulatory adherence and energy optimization; Data processing adheres to Reg. (processes all personal records following Italian privacy statutes (GDPR 2016/679).
