Overview In this role, you will drive procurement and supplier management for Microsoft’s Global Supply Chain, supporting multi-year, multi-disciplinary datacenter projects. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery and to optimize value from suppliers. You will manage contracts, change orders, and supplier performance while mitigating risks and maintaining governance. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position in a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsabilità

Ensure SLA-compliant deliverables and timely communications with stakeholders; propose contingency actions as needed Manage policy compliance and remediation of sourcing issues; adapt policy to mitigate risk Oversee supplier scorecards, audits, and governance to drive consistent delivery and changes Route and manage contracts and change orders; identify risks and resolve/escalate issues Oversee purchase orders and change orders; resolve pricing issues and ensure PO conformance Develop and manage sourcing strategies, supplier relationships,



performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally on supplier engagement, governance, and long-term value creation Define and execute procurement strategies for complex purchasing categories and projects Lead cross-functional engagement with Legal and Global Procurement to negotiate Master Contract terms Benchmark and leverage market intelligence to optimize supplier value and continuity of supply

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with proven experience in data analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, or operations Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including cloud background check Equivalent experience accepted Experience in end-to-end sourcing, contract and price negotiation, and supplier performance management Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management Analytical thinking and problem solving Data analytics/finance for decision making Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Contract and price negotiation
