Overview As a Senior Marketing professional, you will drive growth for the Digital Solutions portfolio within the Publishing – Product & Marketing Division. You’ll influence strategy, innovate with cross-functional teams, and own product-line performance to accelerate impact for Professionals, Enterprises, and the Public Sector. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Innovation, and international teams to shape market-relevant solutions in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. This role offers ownership, meaningful projects, and visibility across the business.

Responsabilità

Perform in-depth market analyses to identify trends, needs, and competitive dynamics for a differentiated offer Coordinate national and international teams to contribute to product development and value-rich solutions Define clear value propositions and craft compelling storytelling Set sales budgets and commercial targets by product and channel Design and execute omnichannel marketing plans with emphasis on digital channels Manage campaigns and create high-performing content across formats (blogs, case studies, social media, newsletters, webinars, events) Coordinate creative, media, and digital agencies for campaigns and materials Monitor business KPIs and campaign performance metrics Support training programs for sales channels and commercial teams

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Economics At least 5 years of experience in Product or Marketing Management in multinational environments Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership Proven project-management skills for cross-functional coordination Solid up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing Excellent analytical, planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication, teamwork, and storytelling skills Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing-automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), and AI-based marketing tools Willingness to travel internationally for workshops and meetings Fluency in English (C1) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Strategic thinking Proactivity Ownership Digital marketing CRM systems Marketing automation (Eloqua)
