Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution across 2–3 depots and 300–450 vehicles. You’ll report to the District Manager, guiding Operations Supervisors and depot teams to ensure vehicles are ready, safe, and on time for customer check-ins and check-outs.
This hands-on leadership role requires frequent travel between locations, strong KPI discipline, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. A driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans are essential.
