Specialized transport planner

As the primary contact for specialized transport operations, you will be a key figure in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of complex logistics processes. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the end-to-end planning of special transport operations, ranging from feasibility analysis to route selection, while preparing accurate quotes for clients;
- Serving as the direct interface with clients, technical escorts, and authorities (road management bodies, Ministries), communicating in Italian and German, and occasionally in English;
- Handling bureaucratic and technical challenges during the authorization process, ensuring strict monitoring of document compliance and the progress of all pending files;
- Coordinating workflows to guarantee precise timelines, effectively managing both long-term structured activities and urgent, critical interventions.

Requirements: Do you possess these requirements?

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the logistics or transport sector, or in complex administrative offices,



with a specific focus on exceptional transport, route planning, and documentation management;
- Strong ability to interpret technical data;
- Excellent command of both Italian and German as a fundamental requirement, with a good knowledge of English considered a plus;
- Solid proficiency in the MS Office suite, as well as the use of Google Maps and Earth for itinerary planning;
- A precise, reliable, and organized approach to work;
- A strong aptitude for teamwork and the management of structured operations;
- Proven autonomy and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations, combined with creative, lateral thinking abilities.

Offer: Location: Bressanone/Brixen (BZ). The company will not provide support for the relocation.
We offer: Permanent contract, placement in a solid and dynamic environment with a role of responsibility, specialized continuous training oriented to the long term (2 years for full operational capability), a collaborative and young working environment, and company benefits (meal vouchers, supplementary health insurance, team building initiatives, and corporate events); gross annual salary of €38,000 - €42,000.
Working hours: Office hours (Monday–Friday).
