You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies- Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel- Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign- Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documentsWhat you need to succeed- Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.800 euro, 7.50 euro meal tickets for every day on-site, lavoro da remoto and free company shuttle from Cascina Gobba.Are you ready to join us?
