Descrizione aziendaFor a growing Real Estate investment and asset management platform, we are looking for a Retail Real Estate Asset Management Associate to support the management and performance analysis of a commercial real estate portfolio.The successful candidate will combine financial analysis, business planning and asset performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the asset lifecycle.PosizioneKey Responsibilities- Analyse and monitor the financial, commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of Retail Real Estate assets;- Support the preparation and analysis of Business Plans, budgets and forecasts;- Prepare and coordinate periodic management and performance reporting;- Monitor asset performance against agreed targets and identify key trends and areas for improvement;- Support financial analysis related to leasing activity, investment initiatives and value enhancement projects;- Analyse key financial and operational data to support asset management and investment decisions;- Monitor investment activities and support the analysis of project performance;- Contribute to portfolio analysis, benchmarking and performance assessment;- Support the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;- Coordinate information flows and interact with internal teams, external advisors and operational partners;- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes,



analysis and performance monitoring tools.RequisitiProfileWe are looking for a professional with:- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline;- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management, Transaction or related environments;- Exposure to Retail or Commercial Real Estate, ideally gained within portfolios including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlets or other commercial destinations;- Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis;- Understanding of commercial real estate and leasing dynamics;- Experience in financial reporting and portfolio analysis;- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus;- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;- Ability to workeffectively with multiple stakeholders and manage different priorities;- A proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.Altre informazioniRal: 40/45.000 €Location MilanoL’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.Lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
