Role Description The Vice-President of Project Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Sassuolo, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across the organization. This role leads project operations teams, sets operational standards, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project portfolios, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

The Vice-President collaborates closely with senior leadership to support P&L; goals, enhances cross-functional coordination, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction for clinic and healthcare clients. The role also involves mentoring project leaders, addressing operational risks, and ensuring compliance with industry and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess proven P&L; Management skills,



with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability improvement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a track record of maintaining client relationships and managing expectations.
- Candidates should possess advanced Strategic Planning skills, including setting long-term objectives and aligning project operations with business goals.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Project Management skills, including project portfolio oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Extensive leadership experience, ideally in digital marketing, healthcare, or a related services environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to guide operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
