YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian
- Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization
- Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available
- Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field
- Previous years of professional experience in executive support, project coordination, consulting or a comparable role
- Good understanding of business processes, management systems,



and corporate governance principles
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting at all organizational levels
- Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian

- Total compensation starting from € 42.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
