About the role

Lucky Fours is a premium men's watch and jewelry brand running high-volume paid social across North America. Creator content is one of our largest growth levers and we've invested in it accordingly: a proprietary creator management platform, an AI prospecting pipeline, an internal creative studio, and a Trybe program that drew hundreds of creator applications within days of launch. We're hiring the person who runs the creator program on top of that infrastructure and scales it through Q4 and beyond.

What you'll do

- Own our Trybe program: invites, approvals, creator communication and brand health, plus new programs as we expand (a women's line is next)
- Run the in-house creator pipeline. The platform handles sourcing, scoring, contracts and product selection; you decide who gets in and keep the roster producing
- Partner with our creative strategist to turn winning angles into briefs, match them to the right creators, and build creator training
- Close the loop with paid media:



which creator content went live, how it performed, who earns the next brief or a retainer

- What we're looking for

- A track record running a creator program at scale for a DTC / ecommerce brand, with dozens of active creators at once
- Hands-on experience inside a performance creator platform such as Trybe, Insense or #paid
- A sharp eye for premium aesthetic and what performs with North American audiences
- Performance-minded: you measure the program on winning ads, not deliverables counted
- Excellent written English. You represent the brand to every creator
- Based in Europe
