With the aim of strengthening our Treasury function, we are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join a dynamic environment, characterized by a strong focus on the development and innovation of processes. The candidate will join the Treasury department and report directly to the Group Treasury Manager, supporting the management of the Group’s treasury activities and financial planning proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management and Financial Planning

- Manage and monitor daily cash flows, ensuring effective planning of cash availability and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor the company’s financial position through regular analysis of liquidity and funding needs.
- Prepare short-, medium- and long-term financial planning reports, analysing variances against forecasts and identifying potential corrective actions.

Banking Relationships and Financial Instruments

- Manage operational relationships with banking institutions and provide support to foreign subsidiaries on Treasury-related activities.
- Manage credit facilities and key financial instruments, including leasing, factoring, SBF facilities, loans and guarantees.
- Monitor credit facilities, related utilization, banking conditions and financial costs.
- Monitor compliance with covenants and ensure timely fulfilment of deadlines related to financial instruments and Group commitments.

Collections, Payments and Operational Processes

- Manage the payment workflow, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, authorization levels, control requirements and compliance standards.




- Support the monitoring of customer collections and credit recovery activities, in collaboration with the relevant business functions.
- Manage and monitor intercompany relationships and intra-group flows, ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of transactions between Group companies.
- Manage bank reconciliations and monitor the reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across Group companies.
- Monitor the accounting processes of Group companies, ensuring accurate and timely recording of treasury-related transactions.

Treasury Process Development and Digitalization

- Contribute to the evolution, standardization and digitalization of Treasury processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation.
- Support the implementation and development of new tools and technology solutions supporting the Treasury function.
- Participate, alongside the Treasury team, in the implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS) Kyriba across the Group .

Hard Skills:

- Degree in Economy or related fields
- Minimum 3/5 years of experience in the job
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of treasury management system Kyriba will be a plus
