The successful candidate will become a key technical point of reference for both customers and internal teams, in Italy and internationally.Key Responsibilities- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.- Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.- Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.- Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.- Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.- Support the Sales department during trade shows,
