Overview
In this role you onboard and enable clients to adopt Deel’s platform, guiding them through configuration, integrations, and implementation. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful delivery, impacting client success and Deel’s growth in new markets. You will blend technical know-how with a strong customer focus to enable compliant global payroll and HRIS usage. This is a chance to shape implementations at scale within a fast‑growing SaaS company.

Responsabilità
- Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel’s platform
- Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and configure solutions
- Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
- Capture client feedback for product improvements
- Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems
- Experience managing client relationships through implementation
- Excellent project management with timelines and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
