Overview

In this role you help deliver strategic consulting for major pharma, medical device, and healthcare organizations. You work within a global Life Sciences practice, collaborating across cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that reinvent patient pathways and optimize commercial and operating models. You will own end-to-end workstreams, coach analysts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. Responsabilità

- own end-to-end workstreams from framing to recommendation
- coordinate and coach analysts and consultants on the stream
- manage client counterparts at middle management level and present to senior stakeholders
- contribute to proposals,



scope extensions, and client development
- help build reusable methodologies and thought leadership for the practice

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–5 years of Healthcare/Life Sciences experience in international contexts
- background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering or Biotechnology; master’s or MBA a plus
- fluent in English; third language a plus
- strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
- autonomous workstream delivery with prudent escalation when needed
- interest in AI and its value in healthcare
