For the operational headquarters located in Legnano (MI) of our Italian subsidiary Pulcra-Lachiter S.r.l., we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate possesses solid technical expertise in the chemical-textile sector and proven commercial skills. The resource will be responsible for retaining active customers and developing new business opportunities, combining a commercial vision with hands-on technical assistance in the field.

Main Responsibilities

- Business Development: Manage and consolidate the existing client portfolio (mainly in Northern Italy) and identify new market opportunities.
- Technical Assistance: Provide high-level consultancy directly at customers' premises, conducting technical trials, application tests, and product efficacy demonstrations.
- Problem Solving: Analyze the customer's production issues and propose tailored solutions through a strongly consultative approach.
- Internal Collaboration:



Constantly interface with the Research and Development (R&D;) laboratories and commercial management to align the product offering with market needs.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma and/or Degree in Chemistry, Textiles, or equivalent technical-scientific disciplines.
- Experience: Consolidated background in the role of technical sales representative or application support technician within the textile chemicals industry.
- Interpersonal Skills: Dynamic approach, strong communication skills, and highly goal-oriented.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills and autonomous management of time and priorities.
- Languages: Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language.
- IT: Excellent proficiency with PCs and the Office Package.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel and undertake business trips nationwide and occasionally abroad.
