Overview

In this role you define and execute the digital performance strategy across paid channels, working with a multidisciplinary team to scale marketing efficiently. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, forecasting, and reporting while building a foundation for long-term growth. You’ll push for quick wins and align with cross-functional teams to drive a shared growth agenda. This is an impact-driven position at ING, blending strategic vision with hands-on optimization in a dynamic, hybrid Milan setting.

Responsabilità

- Own end-to-end paid performance execution across all channels, from setup to daily bidding optimization
- Own performance reporting and forecasting to ensure budget pacing and ROI targets
- Design and run a structured testing roadmap for creative, audience, and bidding strategies




- Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns
- Act as a technical challenger to agency partners to improve delivery
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and CRO to align on growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product, sales, and brand stakeholders to drive impact

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience of at least 2 in the role
- Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering
- Knowledge of English
- Experience with main performance channels including hands-on experience in Search Console
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform, Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform
