As a Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects, from engineering and preparation through realization, commissioning, and handover.

You will manage projects ranging from straightforward charging installations to complex, multi-site infrastructure projects. Acting as the technical and organizational link between customers, internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and according to the required technical and quality standards.

This is a new role within our local Italian team, as part of a fast-growing European organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead EV charging infrastructure projects from engineering and technical preparation through installation, commissioning, and final handover.

· Translate customer requirements into technically feasible and scalable project solutions.

· Coordinate engineering activities, site assessments, technical designs, planning,



and implementation.

· Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies.

· Coordinate internal teams, installation partners, contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

· Ensure technical solutions comply with applicable electrical, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

· Identify technical and operational risks at an early stage and proactively develop solutions.

· Monitor project progress and take corrective action when required.

· Oversee testing and commissioning activities and ensure installations are ready for operational handover.

· Maintain clear project documentation and provide structured progress reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.

· Act as a key technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

· Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and helping standardize project delivery processes across markets.

· Collaborate with colleagues and partners across different European countries and cultures.

Requirements & Competencies

· A technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related discipline.





· Proven experience in project or program management, ideally within a technical or infrastructure environment.

· Experience in e-mobility, EV charging infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, or the energy sector is a strong advantage.

· Solid understanding of technical project delivery, including engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning.

· Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain oversight in a fast-moving international environment.

· A proactive, independent, hands-on, and results-driven mindset.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Willingness to travel across Europe.

Language Requirements

· Italian: Native or near-native proficiency

· English: Professional/business proficiency

· Spanish: An advantage; moderate proficiency preferred
