Partner with store management to improve sales performance and exceed goals

Analyze store performance and KPIs; report trends and competitor activity

Lead a customer-facing team; set targets and drive productivity

Promote Burberry brand and product knowledge; ensure service excellence

Engage in CRM initiatives and capture client data to tailor outreach

Mentor the team on product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Drive training delivery and cascade learning materials





Oversee customer journey and leverage guest experience program metrics

Support talent development, retention, and performance reviews

Participate in or lead daily store meetings to share trends and updates

Maintain store standards, compliance, and housekeeping

Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to meet budgets and safety standards

Previous luxury retail leadership experience driving department sales and profitability

Commercial awareness with exposure to sales KPIs

Understanding of luxury client expectations and service levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adaptable to change
