Overview

As Hybrid Project Engineer, you translate engineering capabilities into high-value products and services. You will support both pre-sales and post-sales activities, analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored, practical designs that meet quality and performance targets. You’ll lead product and process development, modeling solutions with CAD/CAM/CAE tools and ensuring alignment with cost and safety requirements. You work cross-functionally to adapt offerings to customer specs and hand over efficiently to production, while traveling within the assigned area. This role blends technical leadership with customer-facing collaboration to drive compelling solutions for Walter Italia’s partners

Responsabilità

- Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders to resolve product and service issues
- Analyze specifications and requirements to design efficient,



compliant solutions
- Lead product and process development using CAD/CAM/CAE tools
- Support validation, testing, and industrialization processes
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and external partners for customization and safe handover to production

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Analytical and persuasive with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE systems
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
