As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern, you will join our Corporate HR Department at our Headquarters in Florence, providing support to the Team in the following activities:

- managing the entire recruitment process for junior profiles, from the attraction to the onboarding;
- organizing and participating in Career Days/Company presentations and supporting the coordination of field projects in collaboration with important Schools/Academies/Universities;
- research and benchmarking activities for the development of new Employer Branding initiatives, both external and internal, aimed at targeting the new generations;
- creating ppt presentations and reports for monitoring the status of the different projects;
- administrative and management activities across the Team.

What you’ll bring





- Degree in Human or Economic fields with an interest in HR topics (Master HR is a plus); 6 months of experience in structured companies within HR/internal communication teams will make the difference;
- Attention to detail;
- Curiosity and initiative with a PM attitude and mindset;
- Networking skills, positive, empathetic, and inclusive approach;
- Good writing skills;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (other graphic programs are a plus).
