As a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative, you support customer retention and revenue growth in a defined territory. You work closely with cross-functional teams to renew multi-year subscriptions and uncover expansion opportunities. You will engage customers via calls, video, and email to demonstrate ongoing value and secure renewals. Minimum of 4 years'
experience in renewal sales or inside sales
Self-starter with a consultative sales approach
Proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase revenue
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven with strong analytical and negotiation skills
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Experience with territory management, forecasting, and deal execution
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is highly preferred
Fluency in Italian/English (written and verbal) at professional business level
