We are looking for a Site Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of logistics coordination across a complex M&E; construction environment.

This site-based position is suited to an experienced construction logistics professional who can effectively manage deliveries, storage, access and material movements while keeping multiple teams aligned.

Working within a major M&E; delivery programme, the Site Logistics Supervisor will coordinate subcontractors, security teams and project stakeholders to keep materials and site movements running efficiently. You’ll plan ahead, manage logistics constraints and resolve issues that could impact site operations.

The Site Logistics Supervisor Role:
- Manage on-site and near-site storage areas, ensuring available space is allocated effectively.
- Control delivery schedules using a web-based booking system.
- Coordinate subcontractors, security teams and project stakeholders to ensure deliveries arrive at the correct time and location.




- Develop and maintain call-off systems to support efficient site operations.
- Monitor cranes, hoists and other vertical transport capacity to support effective material movement.
- Support weekly delivery coordination meetings and manage agreed actions.
- Coordinate with perimeter security, site operations and lifting teams to maintain efficient site movements.
- Manage accommodation and vehicle requirements for site employees, including administration and issue resolution.

Site Logistics Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience managing logistics on a live construction site.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, storage areas, site access and material movements within a complex construction environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan ahead, identify potential logistics issues and implement practical solutions.
- EU Passport is essential.
- Data centre construction experience would be advantageous.
