Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) – Italy – Hybrid / Remote

Empiric are supporting a leading global organisation on a long-term ServiceNow transformation programme in Italy.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead solution design, architecture and delivery across enterprise workflows, with a strong focus on scalable platform design, integrations and modern ServiceNow capabilities including AI.

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership, governance and guidance across delivery teams.

Key Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of ServiceNow consulting / professional services experience.
- ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
- Strong expertise across 1–2 core ServiceNow areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or custom platform applications.
- ServiceNow integrations and integration architecture.
- Technical workshops and stakeholder requirements gathering.
- Translation of business requirements into technical specifications, user stories and architecture documentation.
- ServiceNow platform governance and development best practices.
- Technical reviews, code quality and solution assurance.
- ServiceNow workflow automation and solution design.
- AI capabilities within ServiceNow workflows and automation.




- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical delivery independently.
- Fluent / native-level Italian and English.
- Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or relevant CIS certifications.

Nice to Haves

- Additional ServiceNow specialist certifications.
- Experience mentoring ServiceNow developers or junior consultants.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow engagements or workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience developing reusable ServiceNow solutions or technical accelerators.
- Strong experience managing complex operational stakeholders and technical discussions.

Contract Details

Location: Italy

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote, with flexibility to travel when required

Contract Setup: Freelance / B2B

Duration: Long-term assignment – potential for up to 5 years

Start Date: ASAP

Languages: Italian & English – bilingual / native level required

Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
