As Senior PMO Officer, you will steer governance and coordination for complex space programmes, ensuring solid planning, budget control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and governance across PMO domains

Coordinate complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and international partners

Assist budget forecasting, cost control, performance analysis, and periodic reporting

Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support materials

Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items with escalation as needed

Collect, validate,



consolidate, and analyse project, operational, and financial data for decision-making

Prepare programme documentation, reviews, deliverables, and reporting for stakeholders

Collaborate with multidisciplinary and external stakeholders to ensure governance and execution

Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks

At least 6 years of professional experience in PMO/space programme contexts

University master's degree (5 years or equivalent)

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Willingness to travel and relocate within Europe as required

Experience with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project Planning)

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities
